CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?

The Pelican Courtyard does not have its own kitchen or onsite catering company. If you wish to have food at your event, we can provide you with a referral list of preferred vendors. 

 

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

Yes, you can bring in your own alcohol, but please note you must get additional insurance to do so. We can provide names of companies that provide insurance for this purpose.

WHAT ARE EVENT HOURS FOR THE PELICAN COURTYARD?

Private events can be scheduled between the hours of 10 am and 5pm. We have a 3-hour minimum event time.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE COURTYARD ACCOMODATE?

Maximum accommodation is 50 people. 

 

ARE THERE RESTROOM FACILITIES ONSITE?

Yes, we have two private restrooms onsite.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FEES FOR SET UP AND POST EVENT CLEAN-UP?

Yes, there are additional fees located on our on-site rental list. 

 

DO WE HAVE TO HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?

Yes, all weddings must have a professional wedding planner. We can provide recommendations for professional planners that have worked previous events here in the Courtyard and will ask that they meet with our staff prior to the wedding.
