CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?

The Pelican Courtyard does not have its own kitchen or onsite catering company. If you wish to provide food at your event, you will need to bring in your own . We have ample space for your catering crew to set up and stage for serving. Upon booking, we can also provide a list of recommended catering crews to you, all of whom have provided service for past Courtyard events. 

 

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

Yes, you can bring in your own alcohol, but please note you must get additional insurance to do so. We can provide names of companies that provide insurance for this purpose.

WHAT ARE EVENT HOURS FOR THE PELICAN COURTYARD?

Private events can be scheduled between the hours of 10 am and 10pm. We offer 4 and 6 hour increments for your event in addition to set up and tear-down time. 

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE COURTYARD ACCOMODATE?

For a wedding and reception, we can accommodate up to 50 guests.  For a stand up cocktail party, we can accommodate up to 75 guests.

 

ARE THERE RESTROOM FACILITIES ONSITE?

Yes, we have two private restrooms onsite.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FEES FOR SET UP AND POST EVENT CLEAN-UP?

We allow you one hour before and one hour after for set up/clean up.  If you would like us to set up and clean up for you, we can do so for you for an additional fee.

 

DO WE HAVE TO HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?

Yes, all weddings must have a professional wedding planner. We can provide recommendations for professional planners that have worked previous events here in the Courtyard and will ask that they meet with our staff prior to the wedding.
